Hmm. Besides the bug that WLS wrote about, try turning off any
anti-virus program(s) you may have running and try the Update again.
It might be a firewall program, too. These are guesses. :-)
I see your screenshot, and I make these guesses because of "contact your
network provider". Whatever would the network provider have to do with
the choice of browser?
(Oh, when you provide screenshots, can you save as .JPG instead of .BMP
file? )
