Because the OP wants a silent install of their SeaMonkey on another
persons PC.
Why they would want another person to use their settings, bookmarks,
passwords, history and other items is beyond my comprehension.
km had said in one of his threads on this subject that he also wanted
the other person's "silent install" to import mail settings from
Microsoft's web at live.com ... yet another reason it won't work.
