The default appears to be 300%, but you can enter any value.

NoSquint can remember which web sites, pages, etc. with time limits of
last visits. Many other features. I am still using v2.0.14 because of

I have found that SeaMonkey 2.5b4, and Firefox 9.0b1, remember the settings permanently.

Having peeked my interest, I installed it in my Firefox. I noticed you can set time limits, and have a separate text zoom. Set exceptions, play with colors.

I don't see the value of it.
