99% of web pages you run through that thing has errors.
It's actually about 93% according to a study a doctoral student did a few years ago.
Its job is to find mistakes. All I care about is if a page looks good in modern browsers. I will never in my lifetime get a page to run perfect through that error finding validator. I have run well polished and popular sites through that thing that look great in browsers and it found many problems.
Most authors are not even aware of validation. If more were, the number of valid pages would be much higher. All of the pages on my several sites all validate, with no errors. There is nothing difficult about it.
Nevertheless, you know about it so isn't it your duty to do your best? Is "I don't care if it's wrong" how you treat your religion as well?
You also need a grammar checker for your pages. "The Bible has allot to say ..." for example. -- -bts -This space for rent, but the price is high _______________________________________________ support-seamonkey mailing list [email protected] https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/support-seamonkey
