This is the nsURIHashKey::HashKey(nsIURI const*) signature, with https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=548685 filed for it.
If you find a well-reproducible case that others can follow as well to see the crash, that would be helpful. The developers need to see how this happens to find a way to fix it.
