Lee, try setting your Windows to display hidden files and folders (I
think this is done in Windows Explorer, Organise->Folder & Search
Options=>View->Hidden Files and Folders.)
Then do a Windows search for inbox without the capital letter and
without the three letter file types. This should produce a list of all
the inbox files on your computer, one of which might contain your lost
emails.
Report back here after search for possibly more assistance.
