Hi Daniel Well I finally found that folder by doing search but nothing there that I could find. the only thing I can think of is it had to be me and I deleted the messages somehow. I did search the folders and found nothing later than April this year. Hey proud of myself that I found those. None of this stuff existed back in 39 (grin) Thanks for your help though and I learned a little more. Sometimes making errors can be a teaching session. Thanks

Lee, try setting your Windows to display hidden files and folders (I think this is done in Windows Explorer, Organise->Folder & Search Options=>View->Hidden Files and Folders.) Then do a Windows search for inbox without the capital letter and without the three letter file types. This should produce a list of all the inbox files on your computer, one of which might contain your lost emails. Report back here after search for possibly more assistance.
