Ahh...I didn't think about looking in Accounts for the setting. Thank you!

The reason it seems to me that the quote should be at the bottom is because
I already read the message that I am replying to. Why do I need to read it
again? When I get an email from someone I am having a conversation with, I
don't need to read the entire conversation again which is what is implied if
the conversation is quoted on the top. It is a waste of my time to scroll
way down to the new email message. All that has gone before should be at the
bottom, for the record, if you ever need to refer to it but normally you
won't need to. All you need to see is the latest reply so it should be at
the top for efficiency's sake. Just my opinion.
