Recently, Seamonkey sometimes experiences 25 to 30% CPU time by

about it, but didn't really find any work arounds other than closing
tabs until it stopped, or using Task Manager to end the process.

What's the best way to avoid the slowdown from it? Does 2.6.1 fix it?

seems to me there was a way to block the use of plugin-container... in about:config but i can't recolelct what it was... will some kind soul refresh my memory after you've recovered from all the christmas libations?
