We really don't need your program because we can write a startSM.bat
file containing:
@echo off
%windir%\system32\mspaint.exe "C:\Program
Files\SeaMonkey\chrome\icons\default\main-window.ico"
"C:\Program Files\SeaMonkey\seamonkey.exe"
exit
