Hope he solves his problem.

I just disabled all my plugins, restarted SeaMonkey and the video at
that link still played for me. View Page Source shows the page encoded
in HTML5, so is probably using the <video> tag somewhere.

The missing plugin issue is being addressed. In the road map for the
second half of this year.
