Just for the record, _every_ vulnerability fixed since 2.1 exists in 2.0.14, and there's a _long_ list of those, the libpng one just being the newest in that series. Most of those are listed in http://www.mozilla.org/security/known-vulnerabilities/seamonkey.html (the ones fixed in 2.2 and 2.1 seem to be missing there).
There are good reasons why we recommend that people update to the most-current version, 2.7.2 at this time.
