What exactly is your own definition of "fixed point?" Is it using a non- proportional font, like the fixed-width Courier or Courier New, as opposed to Arial or Tahoma, which are proportional? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Typeface#Proportion Are these "certain emails" all sent by the same person? So far, you haven't given enough information to understand exactly what you mean.
