Not unusually late, no. Seamonkey (and Thunderbird, for that matter)
tend to get "officially" released (that is, listed on the standard page
of the website) a few hours after Firefox. Auto-updates may take one or
two days.
Uh, it is almost a day later and http://www.seamonkey-project.org/ still
shows v2.7.2. :(
