I wouldn't recommend that method... That might be OK for a *new* clean install, however your instructions fail to mention this: "This will replace all of your current bookmarks with the backup. Are you sure?" I think it's safer to Export the bookmarks in Firefox to html, and then Import the html file into SeaMonkey.
