Re Eternal-September: without registering and using a chosen unique username and a password, you are restricted to only about eight E-S support groups. They are intended for first-timers. For all the rest of Usenet (many thousands of groups), you must use your account ID including the password. <http://www.eternal-september.org/hierarchies.php?language=en> > Since it doesn't prompt in the NNTP protocol you need to check the > "always send authentication" feature when setting up the site. That would be so. E-S is unlike these giganews-hosted Mozilla groups, where no account ID and password is required. Is that perhaps what you meant, instead of E-S? -- -bts -This space for rent, but the price is high _______________________________________________ support-seamonkey mailing list [email protected] https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/support-seamonkey
