OK, I was desperate. I did a Windows restore back to the point where I had no problems (which was 6/5/2012). Right now I have none of the latest Windows updates, and it restored to Seamonkey 2.9.1. Shockwave Flash is restored to NPSWF32_11_2_202_235.dll, Version: 11.2.202.235, Shockwave Flash 11.2 r202.
And you know what? YouTube, hbogo.com all the things that *didn't* work before are working now.
I'm not sure where the problem happened, which update screwed the system. Was it SeaMonkey 2.10? Flash? Windows Update? My feeling is that I have to do the Windows Update first, then see what happens. Then update SeaMonkey, finally Flash.
