No, i am using POP3 and i can not reproduce the bug in a new profile of 2.10 which contains only one POP3-account and one account for a news server. No configuration otherwise. My POP3-server is localhost but that should not matter. It is still POP3. ;) After restarting SM in MailNews the mail account will be expanded if it was so before restarting SM.
