Hi,

I wonder, has anyone been experiencing the following problem that I have since the upgrade to SeaMonkey 2.10.1:

When I open a pull-down menu from the menu bar (either by keeping the mouse down or just by clicking then moving), and then move left or right to one of the adjacent pull-down menus, suddenly the menu that is open closes and I have to click again to open that adjacent menu.
This is somewhat irritating.

I can confirm that on Firefox 13. It does not happen on SeaMonkey 2.9 or Firefox 12.

I run on Solaris 10 x86 with GTK 2.18.7 and use FVWM 2.6.2 with focus-follows-mouse and AutoRaise. I can confirm the problem with no window manager running at all. However, setting the FVWM focus policy to click-to-focus mostly fixes the problem.

I've done some bisecting and noticed that reverting http://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/050334f9128c (plus changing a few lines that depend on it) fixes the issue.

I wouldn't be writing this if I hadn't just noticed that SeaMonkey 2.11b3 shows the same behavior, so although I thought most issues of 050334f9128c were fixed by 2.11b3 apparently this one isn't.

I know that Solaris isn't one of the primary supported platforms but maybe some of you guys have experienced something similar on Linux?

Cheers
Raimund
