Nothing at all other than placing some emphasis on the word phrased.

Obviously I didn't understand HTML5 (BTW it is HTML5, not HTML 5 [1])

It would have been nice had the 'HTML5' (scare quotes) experts actually
pointed out to me that what I was actually looking for was/is the
ability to turn of WebM in SeaMonkey. Anyway I've figured it out &
hopefully it will help others who wish to do the same.
