I figured it out and I am not happy but at least it doesn't happen on other pages at Oceanic (at least not on the ones I have visited). On SeaMonkey it looks fine IF I uncheck the box in Preferences/Fonts so that websites can use other fonts. I always have that box checked (or its equivalent) on all my browsers. I use Verdana only as it is by far the most readable font. If I uncheck that box then SM displays the page correctly. The font used is quite similar to Verdana but not as widely spaced so the text in the lists there looks cramped up using whatever font that is. Using Verdana looks better and is much easier to read the text in the lists. My minimum font size is 13. http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/18/sundayseptember16201201.png/ As for Fx 10 ESR, it gets hung on the Oceanic page which displays just like Sea Monkey. I'm 99% sure it is the same problem but I was going to change Options, temporarily, to allow websites to use their own fonts and see if that fixed it, but Fx kept hanging and I couldn't open that area of Options. I had to kill Fx process in Task Manager. I also have Fx 4.01 and, on it, that page displays with GIGANTIC font and the blue box is way off the screen on the right side with a large horizontal scroll bar. I use Verdana, 13pt minimum font size on Fx 4 and do not allow websites to use their own fonts. IE8 allows me to keep the boxes checked under Accessibility that involve ignoring font styles and sizes on web pages and it displays that page perfectly. So, this appears to me to be an accessibility issue with Fx 10 ESR and Sea Monkey 2.12.1. _______________________________________________ support-seamonkey mailing list [email protected] https://lists.mozilla.org/listinfo/support-seamonkey
