Is that the actual usage?
In the dialog at Edit | Preferences | Advanced | Cache, "Your cache is
currently using 10.9 MB of disk space." (my case)
The default 1024 MB figure below the check box doesn't apply unless you
uncheck the box; in that case you can change it to any number you like.
