I am not seeing this problem.  From the number of problems of this type
reported by users of 64-bit Windows 7, I suspect this is a Windows
problem.  However, you might try to update to SeaMonkey 2.14.1 to see if
that helps fix your problem.  Also, test your installation of Flash at
<http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/>.
