That's not what I meant. I meant simple drag-and-drop *without* holding a modifier key. If you simply drag a file or folder (no shift, ctrl or alt modifier) to the same volume, it gets moved; if you do the same to a different volume, it gets copied. The default behaviour changes depending on the circumstances.
