20130207103250 yesterday... now when i begin to add e'mail addresses to
messages... every single one of my stored e'mail addresses are inserted

every... single... freaking... one...

Where did you update SeaMonkey from?
Does the same behavior occur in safe mode?
I can not duplicate your problem.
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:18.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/18.0
SeaMonkey/2.15.2
Downloaded and installed from the Contributed builds (other platforms)
section of...
<http://www.seamonkey-project.org/releases/#2.15.2>
i use peppermintOS linux and have seamonkey set to automagically upgrade
from a ppa when it becomes available... lets see... lemme check which one
... http://ppa.launchpad.net/ferramroberto/precise/ubuntu
which updated on 2/8/2013, i shut back down to run in safe mode... but
just realized i don't know how to do that from w/in linux, still sorta
feel like a n00b since i've not yet become familiar where things get
installed :~(
From the SeaMonkey Menu you select Help > Restart with Add-ons
Disabled..., to start SeaMonkey in safe mode.
If you don't get the To: "joesomebody"@domain.com, it is an extension
causing the problem.

How do snow plow drivers get to work during a travel ban?
How do they get to work with 2 feet of snow on the road anyway!
