I never come across any that require Java.
Java works fine in Chrome...
Since Mozilla has declared war on Java I would suggest you use chrome if
you want to use Java. I'm gettting more frustrated with SeaMonkey and
Fire fox. Jav don't work and they keep messing with JavaScript so half
the websites I go to for JavaScript to work I Have to go to Chrome for
them to work correctly. a simple close window link that is supposed
trigger closing that window simply show a JavaScript() error
