Thanks to Bill Davidson's easy-to-understand instructions, I was able to save my SeaMonkey email.
He suggested I write to explain why I'm using Outlook - not by choice, I assure you. For years, Verizon refused to help me with Mozilla, and I hung in, all the way from Netscape up, without any tech support. But my laptop crashed - HP no more - and while I wait for repairs, I'm using a temporary Netbook with Outlook on it.
