The offending line is referencing an antivirus app. No?
The SM of Ray should see exactly the same mails as my SM, including the
headers beginning with X- which will be ignored by SM. Something is
broken with the SM of Ray.

Why did you say that my SM is broken, when other people have the same
result with the headers i have sent ?
and if my SM is broken, why when opening the mail or looking at the
preview pane, the Subject did not have an extra text coming from the
next header line ?
