Did you apply Windows 7 Platform Update KB2670838 (MSIE 10 Prerequisite)? If so see bug https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=812695 . If that is the problem there are several work arounds. Changing gfx.content.azure.enabled from true to false in about:config worked for me. Or you can turn off hardware acceleration in preferences.
