My usual practice in such cases is to right-click in the attachment area and choose "Save As." A dialog opens in which I can choose the target directory, and when I do, SM puts all the incoming files from the given message in that directory. Very convenient when a client sends me a bunch of files and I save them all in that client's folder.
Obviously, I meant to say "Save All." "Save As" just saves the one file I'm pointing at. Sorry about that.
