My mouse wheel now only works with cursor at the top of the screen. Cursor

different mouses).

Well, I found the profile and deleted it thinking SM would create a new one.
Wrong! Don't do this! You can't even reinstall SM with that profile missing.
Luckily I was able to put it back. Odd mouse wheel problem remains. I might
try installing an older profile and see if that fixes it. I did have to import
my bookmarks again, and I lost the address book.

Sorry, did I miss where you said you wanted to delete your profile??
SM must have a profile to work! If you want to get yourself a new,
clean, profile, from with-in SM try Tools->Switch Profile->Manage
Profile->Create Profile to create a new profile and then, after closing
SM, in you system File Manager, move anything you want to keep from your
old profile into your new profile, re-start SM and then delete the
unwanted profile (if you want!!).
