Ray, if you want to give it a try, nightly alpha builds can
be downloaded from:
<ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/seamonkey/nightly/latest-comm-central-trunk/>
I will give it a try when windows SM 2.21 will become officially released.
Your choice of course, but the test can be very quick and painless:
download the zipped win32 build rather than the installer, unzip in a
temporary directory and just run the seamonkey.exe thereunder
(make sure your regular SM is not running simultaneously).
Ignore possible messages about incompatible extensions and
check the messages that gave you problems.
Once done, you can simply delete your temporary directory
and resume using your regular seamonkey.
Since this is alpha SW, there is a (very) slight chance it may kill
your pets or mess up you profile, but neither happened to me (phew!)
You may prefer to wait for at the 1st beta 21b1 or full release.
Bernard
