Bookmarks

I think that I am set up as a user with this account, [email protected]. With SM 2.19 and Windows7-32 bit, I do not have access to bookmarks. With Fedora 19 and SM 2.19, I have bookmarks, but there I have not saved anything, so it is pretty useless. I REALLY would like to get back to bookmarks with Windows 7-32 and SM 2.19. I have tried to back up to SM 2.17 and gone to SM 2.20b, without success.
