On my system, when I start the program I see the INBOX of the
first account.  The screen you describe I see only when I select
the accountname that is just over that INBOX.

I use the layout "classic view" with all 3 panes visible.
So please try that.

My system has 3 accounts on a single IMAP server and it takes
3x3 = 9 seconds extra to load 2.15 when compared to 2.14.1

(when started as "seamonkey -mail")
