I keep receiving "the folder inbox is full, and can't hold any more

Is this for real or a scam?
How do I compact?
Do you have a limit on the size of your inbox, eg 10GB? If you have the
message is for real and you either need to move mails into a folder or
folders. If you have an unlimited inbox, then it's a scam and the real
sender is looking for "live" addresses to sell to spammers.>
I would suggest Susan empty her Trash and the Compact her Folders, i.e.
File->Empty Trash and then File->Compact Folders.
