Hello all, I Am running (or trying to) SM 2.21 on a Win8 desktop. I Am
re-installing SM and after spending several hours getting four (4)
profiles set up in a new configuration, I found this morning that it, SM
or my system, reverted back to a previous configuration with only three
of four accounts there and all many emails dl'ed in one account was
missing. I have deleted one profile and want to start again, but not
before this can be figured out correctly.
I have never had this happen before and find it quite strange to be
sure. My question(s)for assistance are as follows:
1) Any ideas as to how this could have happened and how to prevent
moving forward?
2) How do I delete the profile, reliably, beyond deleting it in the M&NG
screen? This way I can start again without much fear.
3) Where can I find directions and guidance on moving the program from
my c drive to d or e drive without a lot of fear of corruption or other
problems? ;-)
