I have not tested this with Linux yet, but in Windows Vista (32-bit),
2.22 isn't exhibiting any issues with mailto links. Typing mailto: with
an e-mail address in the address bar, correctly launches the SeaMonkey
mail compose window with the specified e-mail address already on the To:
line.
