For the record, M. Hausherr wrote privately to say that the issue had been resolved. As a courtesy to Mr Gallagher, I forwarded the thanks to him, since M. Hausherr explicitly thanked him in the correspondence. Why Mr Gallagher believes anyone else would be interested in this private correspondence is completely beyond me.
