Mostly just security (NSPR/NSS) fixes, plus fixes for bug 933733 and bug 891904.
Basically what the Firefox "chemspill" release includes, but with a spellcheck
issue fixed on top.

Don't see any NEW bugs here, but 2.17->2.22 does have an issue or two, among
them no working Lightning for Linux-64
