This only happens on one of my Profiles (then one I normally use). I
don't have the problem on any of the other profiles. I am guessing that
I hit a series of key strokes that brought this on and am now trying to
figure out how to revert back to normal.
Try Safe Mode using the problem profile. If the issue goes away start
trying by disabling any Themes. If still a problem, start disabling
add-ons. If still an issue, create a new profile and migrate data from
the old one CAREFULLY.
