Get rid of Norton!  This is a recurring problem.

I never have this problem with AVG AntiVirus Free Edition 2014.  On a
manual scan, I never have this problem with Malwarebytes.

On occasion, I filter and ignore all newsgroup messages
posted through GoogleGroups via Google's G2/1.0 user agent
because of spam, flames, and trolling from that source.
