Because of the low probability of it ever being fixed, I would remove
the question under preferences "When opening a book mark group" from the
UI so as to not frustrate users with a choice that doesn't exist. If it
is ever fixed, then put the question back in. As it stands now "Add
Tabs" is the fixed choice.
