I thought Stan would also have to have his ISP change the account, as well!!
Most modern hosting providers offer both POP3 and IMAP access to the
same account with nothing needed to switch back and forth. If the user
is hosting on a typical cPanel-based provider, then moving the account
in SeaMonkey from POP3 to IMAP should be as I described.
