I have windows vista with seamonkey 2.24.
My hard drive was dying so I took it into the shop. They backed up my
data, replaced the hard drive, and reinstalled the OS. It fell to me to
reinstall my programs.
Now I have a near empty address book, and limited emails in trash.
I don't know the names of the files that contain such data, but I seem
to recall reading that it is in my profile. Is my best option to find
the old profile and put it where the new one is? If this is so, how do
I do it.
If there is a simpler way, tell me what to do.
I'm a bit worried that I will lose the data I have recreated in recent
days. You can't just ask a site to send you your password; they rather
have you created a new password, and carp if you try to put your old one
in as the new one.
