I have two laptops and I haven't been diligent in keeping both up to date, so I have some data on one and some on the other. I read an article about Sync, and it seems that that would solve my problem, but I have a couple of questions the article didn't address.

First, I rarely use both laptops at the same time, and each is set to turn off shortly after last use. Will sync work when one computer may be off for a week or two?

Second, does one laptop have priority. It seems to me when I set it up, each will have some data the other doesn't, so they will each add the excess data from the other. But once they are identical, what happens when I remove some data, such as my mass of outdated Windows bookmarks. Is it able to handle this by removing the bookmarks from the other laptop when they next connect, or will it add them back to the first laptop?
