I did it once, for fun. Installed WFWG 3.11 in Virtual PC, with IE 5 and Netscape 4.07. Managed to even get the sound board working. Hit a few websites too, just to give whoever analyses the logs a WTF? moment. I still have the virtual disk... it's really small for current standards, just 150 Mb.
