If the add-on is indeed couponprinter.exe, SeaMonkey does not install
it. Windows installs it, perhaps after SeaMonkey has downloaded it.

Among add-ons, SeaMonkey only installs extensions, which generally have
the file-extension .xpi not .exe.

There persists significant confusion caused by the Mozilla developers,
who have lumped plugins and extensions under the single term "add-on".
Extensions are executables that are installed via your operating system
(in your case, Windows) independently of what browser you are using.
Extensions are modifications to existing browsers or E-mail applications
that are installed specifically for such applications. They do not
function alike. They are not installed alike. They are not alike.
