In the SeaMonkey root -- the folder where SeaMonkey itself is installed, not a profile folder -- find the folder named chrome. Navigate down: [chrome > icons > default]. On the folder's menu bar, select [View > Large Icons]. There should be an .ico file named main-window.ico. Is that icon what you expect?
