Profile files (the ones that hold the actual e-mails sent and received,
and other user settings) can be placed anywhere by doing a "Custom
Install" and, on the second or third screen (where you name the profile)
select "Choose Folder" and all the profile files will be placed in that
folder with the Mail in a sub-folder of that folder.
