Perhaps you ought to think about upgrading your Opera to the latest stable version: Opera 26. It previews and prints just fine: <http://s30.postimg.org/r2y5p07sh/Screenshot_from_2014_12_07_19_55_04.png> Note that Chrome, and Opera now use the same Chromium rendering engine: Blink <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blink_(layout_engine)> <http://www.chromium.org/blink/developer-faq> so perhaps that is why the pages render, preview, and print well on those browsers. Re Safari: The latest Windows version 5.1.7 prints 5 pages, but the text is gibberish.
